The wine, spirits, and gourmet products market is expanding due to the opening of high-end stores such as Essentai Gourmet, Galmart, and the French product store Vkus Francia (The French Taste).

There are nearly 2,812 alcoholic beverage sales points in Almaty and Astana. Over 278 million dollars in wine and spirit imports. France accounts for 30% of imports from Europe.

Experto Consulting, in partnership with the France Kazakhstan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIFK), is organizing a tasting event in Almaty, Kazakhstan, from April 8th to 10th, 2025, for the third consecutive year.

The program includes visits to sales points, B2B meetings, and a tasting event where local operators (importers, distributors, gourmet chains, GMS chains, HORECA, etc.) will be invited.
